Our focus is on well-located opportunities in select markets, priced between $1M and $5M, with an emphasis on properties free of galvanized or cast-iron piping to reduce deferred maintenance risk and improve long-term performance.

We currently manage over $8 million in multifamily assets across Northern California (East Bay), Memphis (TN), Corpus Christi/Lubbock (TX), and Alexandria (OH). Our team successfully closed a 42-unit apartment acquisition in Corpus Christi, TX, and is actively evaluating three strong value-add opportunities in key markets.
