We also remain open to Joint Venture (JV) partnerships with experienced operators and accredited investors on select acquisitions, where aligned values and strategic goals make sense.

At this time, we do not offer blind-pool funds or direct ownership programs, as we prefer to keep each opportunity transparent, deal-specific, and fully underwritten prior to investor participation.

 

Our minimum investment typically starts at $50,000, though it may vary slightly depending on the specific deal structure and offering.

We also partner with accredited investors who are seeking passive income, equity growth, and portfolio diversification through multifamily real estate. That said, we’re happy to speak with newer investors to see if there’s a fit and help guide them through the process.

FOR LARGER PROJECTS, OUR INVESTMENTS ARE FOR ACCREDITED INVESTORS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT:

Earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, or has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).
